WHEW is committed to forming coalitions by working with or modeling other organizations that are dedicated to creating opportunities and eradicating obstacles for women who:

1. have been incarcerated
2. are confronted with homelessness or who live in transitional housing
3. are coping with domestic violence
4. are confronted with similar issuesin undeveloped nations.
